A Conversation on Equity with Mas & Andrew
From Andrew:
I met Mas and Fei through a course that I teach on Equity. Equity is a Law Form in the Constitution of the United States and many Constitutions around the world.
What is Equity? Equity is the unwritten law founded in justice and fair dealing, which seeks a more adequate remedy than available at common law. What does that mean? It means Equity does or compels the performance of what should be done and can even correct errors that have been made by government authorities, judges, clerks, attorneys, etc.
Equity can provide a Remedy for any commercial matter you have or ever will have without a lawyer. It can do this without arguing, testifying, filing documents, changing your status, in fact no particular status is required in order for Equity to provide a remedy.
You see, our rights are Granted to us by our Creator. Those rights have been super ceded by the contracts we’ve entered into throughout our lives. Equity can correct and even rescission those contracts when necessary to help provide remedy.
Here are some of the issues people have that Equity can provide remedy for:
Credit Cards
Student "Loans"
Mortgage "Loans"
Vehicle "Loans"
Stop withholding
Garnishments
IRS
State Tax
Court Cases
Property Taxes
Foreclosure- IRS, Mortgage, Property Tax, etc
Divorce/Child Custody (we must be sure the children are being taken care of financially)
Traffic
Privacy...and more (Everything is Commercial)
From Mas:
Equity has striking similarities to the principles of XI. I would like to introduce this fascinating information/knowledge to those XI'ers who are ready for it. I invited Andrew to come talk to us this Sunday at 12:30pm CT. Here is the link below. See you on Sunday.
