Join Mas online as he meditates at the beautiful Shrine of Our Lady of Lebanon, built early in the 20th century.

This is one of the most important shrines in the world and was built in honor of Mary, Mother of Jesus, whose 8.5 m high statue stretches her protective hands out towards the lovely Lebanese capital, also known as the Paris of the Middle East.

Our Lady of Lebanon has received a number of well-known visitors including Pope John Paul ll who visited the Shrine in 1997.  The Pope prayed that Our Lady, who had watched over the heartbreak and suffering of the Lebanese people, could help all those in the world who are suffering.

Our Lady sits atop a beautiful hillside, cloaked in pine trees and cedars, in the lovely town of Harissa, just north of Beirut.
