Understanding Detox and the Intensity of this Program

HealingMAStery Advanced (HMA) is an intense program that may cause mild to severe detox. The detox process may vary from person to person and may produce discomfort physically, mentally and/or spiritually while you clear and release patterns, frequencies and contracts that no longer serve you.  By participating, you fully agree to the following below.

I am committed to my own growth and spiritual development. I assume 100% full personal responsibility, and not Mas Sajady, his team or employees, for my life experiences and choices made before, during and after my participation in the HMA program, held in San Diego, CA on November 15th - 18th, 2019.
 
I agree to communicate with the Mas team should any issue surface. I will not post any negative comments, defamatory information or personal complaints about the program, Mas or classmates online.

I voluntarily consent to work with Mas Sajady and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Sajady, the Company, as well as any of his agents, associates and employees from any claim or liability due to any damage or injury of any kind arising from my use of any information, products or services provided by the afore-mentioned parties.  I acknowledge and take full responsibility for my life and well-being, as well as the lives and wellbeing of my family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this spiritual work.  I confirm that I have reviewed and agreed to the disclaimer, legal liability waiver, and no refunds policy.

I understand that Mas is not a medical doctor. Services of Mas Sajady, Inc. have not been evaluated by the Food And Drug Administration or any other governing agency. Mas endeavors to help prevent or ease suffering exclusively by spiritual healing means and by prayer. Therefore, these are never a substitute for conventional medical or mental health psychological diagnosis and treatment and should never be regarded as such.

Portions of this event will be recorded on audio, video and photographs will be taken. By participating in this HMA program, you consent to the recording of your image, likeness and voice by Mas Sajady, Inc.
