IMPACT FREQUENCY SESSIONS

How to Prepare:

  • If possible, join from a laptop - not a tablet or cell phone

  • Register for a free Basic Zoom account if you do not have one

  • Download the Zoom app or update your Zoom app to the latest version

  • Sign into your Zoom account and use the name you registered with as your screen name - no nicknames or aliases.

  • Ensure that your video and audio are functioning - you can test this in your Zoom account settings or by starting a meeting 

  • Video is required for Impact Sessions

When to sign in:

  • Log in to Zoom 5 minutes before the event start time with your video on

  • Your Zoom link is on your event confirmation & reminder emails

What to expect:

  • Our team will do a quick video & audio check before the program starts

  • Communicate any questions to the team using the Zoom chat feature, do not message Mas directly or post comments as this is distracting during a live show

  • Do not have YouTube open at the same time as Zoom, it will create an echo

  • After your scan, log out of Zoom and watch the rest of the sessions from YouTube where you can join in the live chat with the XI Community

REFLECTION FREQUENCY SESSION

How to Prepare: 

  • If possible, join from a laptop - not a tablet or cell phone

  • Register for a free Basic Zoom account if you do not have one

  • Download the Zoom app or update your Zoom app to the latest version

  • Sign into your Zoom account and use the name you registered with as your screen name - no nicknames or aliases.

When to sign in:

  • Reflection sessions are hosted on Zoom, login 5 minutes before the session start time

  • Your Zoom link is on your event confirmation & reminder emails

What to expect:

  • Mas will admit the group to the meeting, your screen name should match the one you used to register. If you are dialling in with Zoom phone, email sessions@thexicode.com 48 hours in advance and provide the last four digits of your phone number

  • Names will be checked against the registration list; once you are in the meeting, you may change your screen name to an alias

  • If you booked the session for a friend or family member, please email sessions@thexicode.com and give us the name of the person attending 48 hours in advance

  • When it is your turn for a scan, unmute yourself by clicking on the microphone icon

  • Need help with Zoom - read this before your session

  • Each participant will have 8-10 minutes to speak to Mas

  • After your scan is completed, please mute your microphone and you can stay and meditate with the group

  • Replays are not provided, but you are welcome to record your time with Mas

15 MINUTE PRIVATE FREQUENCY SESSION - Audio only

  • 15 Minute Sessions are audio only

  • After your session is finished, you will be disconnected from Zoom, but still connected via frequencies; we recommend that you stay in that space as long as possible

  • Replays are not provided, you are welcome to record your time with Mas

*On rare occasions, there may be a technical error and a recording may not be available.  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & FAQ

My connection is bad: Zoom connection requirements if you are unable to connect with Mas due to technical difficulties, email sessions@thexicode.com

Mas is running late: Mas is generous with his time and may run late for some sessions, even if Mas is late you will still get your full session. While you are waiting, we suggest that you meditate on your own.

How do I know when it’s my turn?

Impact Sessions: Our team will let you know your place in line to speak to Mas, you may unmute yourself when Mas finishes with the previous client. 

Reflection Sessions: Mas will call your name and ask you to unmute yourself.

15, 30 & 60 Minute Sessions: You will be in the Zoom waiting room until your turn; when Mas admits you to the Session, unmute yourself by clicking the microphone icon. 

Rescheduling an appointment: You may reschedule, provided there are open sessions, and it is more than 24 hours before your appointment. 

Cancelling an appointment:

  • To cancel, email sessions@thexicode.com

  • A $50 administration fee will apply

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations, or the session will be forfeited. 


What should I do if I disconnect during my Zoom session?

  • If you disconnect during your session, do your best to reconnect to the session.

  • Do not attempt to reconnect after your session is complete, this will create a queuing issue for the other clients.

Will I receive a replay of my session?

  • World Frequency Session: Replay available on YouTube

  • Impact Frequency Session: Replay available on YouTube

  • Reflection Frequency Session: No replay

  • 15 Minute Frequency Session: No replay

  • 30 & 60 Minute Frequency Session: Replay will be emailed within five business days*

*On rare occasions, there may be a technical error and a recording may not be available, we recommend using a secondary recording device as a backup.
