Why Walking Away from Shame, Guilt & Unworthiness is Vital to Your Consciousness
Experientially, each of us is composed of a variety of programmed mental/emotional states with energetic frequencies that are high, low and somewhere in between. Positive states, which allow a greater amount of life-force energy to flow, create thriving and fulfilling life experiences. Negative states, which constrict the flow of life-force energy, lead to greater struggle and suffering. Depending on whether a person is holding more positive or more negative states will determine their overall experience in life.
The very densest of all mental/emotional states is shame, followed closely by guilt, with unworthiness tied to both. The negative states are tremendously heavy anchors that dramatically pull down the average of an individual’s level of consciousness. So even when someone embodies high levels of love, peace and joy - if they still harbor shame and guilt, then their overall experience in life is diminished. Shame and guilt greatly slow our ability to ascend to greater heights and experience our highest potential.
This workshop focuses on the relinquishment of shame, guilt and unworthiness, at both the individual and collective levels, to allow participants to embody heightened levels of awareness.

How Our Intention is Amplified with The Vortex-Mastermind
The Vortex
This workshop took place at the historic Lake Harriet Spiritual Community in Minneapolis, MN (Mas’s hometown) under an architecturally iconic and beautiful dome in their sanctuary. The dome sits directly over a sacred and powerful earth vortex that is said to amplify both frequency and intention, as well as act as an accelerator to growth.
The Mastermind
When two or more gather a Mastermind is created of the highest consciousness and purest version of its members. This exponentially creates collective group power which allows members to ascend further and faster together than they could have done on their own.
The Opportunity
Gathering as a powerful Mastermind with Mas’s guiding frequencies, combined with the vortex’s amplification qualities, and our collective, focused intent to be free of shame, guilt and unworthiness created a unique and dynamic environment to transcend to our next greatest heights.
Lake Harriet Spiritual Community is proud to be included on the National Register of Historic Places through the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service division. The building was designed and built in 1916. The frequency of the space has been enhanced by over a decade of exposure to pure-source frequencies with Mas.
Upgrading The Vortex
Lightning struck the LHSC dome in 1992 creating it’s most recent major charge and activation. Throughout the mid to late 90’s the vortex received grid work and numerous clearings and energetic shifts from individuals in the community who were guided to the work.
This unique event began with a very specific Frequency Meditation upgrade for the vortex. Mas and our collective Mastermind worked to open the vortex to it’s new highest potential. The vortex was guided into ascending to the highest and best expression possible. Purifying any needed aspects and exponentially expanding it’s ability to serve as a tool to amplify frequency, intention and growth.
This was not only an historic moment for the vortex and LHSC, but for humanity as a whole.
