In perhaps one of my richest talks on Xponential Intelligence™, the information I provide in Part 2 of Physics of the New World can be seemingly scattered. Yet I emphasize that we learn optimally in spatial terms as compared to linear, so the contents within may take some time for you to reach epiphanies after listening.

Still the overarching topic of this episode centers on leadership, and I use various references to exemplify this upcoming makeup in the New World. The days of titular notoriety and fiscal status will no longer bear as much weight towards the ascension of society (in fact, it has only shaped perceived value) rather the meritocracy within one’s individual ascendance will be deemed the heavier hand.

Authenticity not perception will shape reality. And no longer will there be influencers, so to speak, that create a system of dependency to up their perceived hierarchical standing. The New World will be composed of individuals who have transcended codependence though leaders and followers will continue to be in place to reflect society in harmony from a non-distorted version of duality.
