In this final podcast episode of 2017, I take you through a Medihealing® meditation designed to help you clean up anything that has been recurring for you energetically over course of the year so you can start the new year with a clean slate and ready to ascend even higher into your truly limitless self.
As we move through our lives we accumulate attachments, distortions and other patterns that hold us back from achieving our full potential. The end of the year is a perfect time to reflect back and audit our recent past so we can free ourselves from these toxic energies.
I begin by guiding you into a deep meditative state to identify any emotional, physical and spiritual limiting themes and belief systems so you can consciously detach from them. These may have been picked up over the past year, past lifetimes, or even from your family lineage itself. I also support you in attaching different expansive emotions to your past experiences, which will vastly improve your ability to get great results in life.
Once your old habits patterns and beliefs have been removed and your past has been reframed at such a deep level. you will be poised to truly understand your limitless nature and move powerfully into it in the year to come. No matter if you are new to this work or you have following me for years, this Medihealing will help you clean up and achieve brilliant new heights moving forward in your life.
