Mas Sajady's work has enabled me to increase my own awareness of myself, and has helped me unburden myself of unwanted thoughts and emotions. I have been able to connect with myself and God in ways I had not before I did any of Mas's programs. His work has been instrumental to my personal and spiritual development, and I don't have any words of criticism for Mas or his work.
