Over the years since 2015, I have listened to, and benefitted greatly from Mas Sajady's work. I have listened to his meditations and podcasts online live, and as pre - recorded meditations. He has helped me see and understand myself greater, so much so, that I feel more secure in my own sovereignty. I actually feel comfortable now, to not need his meditations as much as I used to- something he tries to instill in his students and listeners- self dependency, not dependency on some outside source.
What he talks about is true and one can verify his truths by being totally honest with themselves.
Mas Sajady offers meditations one can purchase, as well as numerous free events and special needs events also free. Sometimes I just had no money to purchase a meditation, but found a free event or meditation that really helped me out. I must add that the free events and meditations are just as powerful as the paid events and meditations.
I believe Mas Sajady is a genuinely integrous person giving assistance to so many people who need it. I do appreciate him and his work and am grateful for him.
